How we work.
A clear process means no surprises. Here's what to expect when you hire us.
Step 1: The walkthrough
Every job starts with a visit. We look at the work, ask questions, and take measurements. For small jobs, we can often give you a price on the spot. For larger projects, we take notes back to the shop.
Step 2: The estimate
Within two business days, you receive a written estimate. It itemizes materials, labor, and timeline. We don't use vague language like "as needed" or "to be determined." If we don't know a cost, we tell you.
Step 3: The schedule
Once you approve the estimate, we schedule the work. We give you a start date and a completion date, and we call if anything changes. We don't double-book or leave jobs half-finished.
Step 4: The work
We protect your floors, contain dust, and clean up at the end of every day. Our crew is polite, professional, and respectful of your space. We treat your home like our own.
Step 5: The walkthrough
When the work is done, we walk it with you. If something isn't right, we fix it before we leave. We don't consider a job complete until you're satisfied.
