About
Built on a handshake.
Armstrong's Ven-Pro LLC was founded in April 2018 by Dean Armstrong, a third-generation tradesman who learned his craft working alongside his father and grandfather in Highland County.
Our story
Dean's grandfather was a carpenter who built barns across southern Ohio. His father ran a small repair business out of a pickup truck. Dean spent twenty years in commercial construction before deciding that the work he loved most was the small, hands-on jobs — the ones where you can see the difference you made at the end of the day.
He started Armstrong's Ven-Pro with a truck, a toolbox, and a simple rule: do the job right, charge a fair price, and treat every client like a neighbor. Because in Highland County, they usually are.
What we believe
Skill takes time
We don't rush. A joint that's glued and clamped overnight is stronger than one that's rushed.
Straight talk
If a repair won't last, we tell you. If you don't need the work, we say so.
Show up, follow through
We arrive when we say we will and finish what we start. No disappearing acts.
Highland County first
We hire locally, buy locally, and support the schools and teams our kids play on.
